How to prepare

- salmon fillet: 500 grams
- olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil: two teaspoons
- lemon zest: half a teaspoon - sesame: 1 tablespoon

- orange juice: a quarter cup (fresh)

- Take the dish out of the oven and put the remaining amount of sauce over it and return to the oven for 7 minutes.
- Take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle the sesame on top and serve hot to the side of rice or vegetables as desired.
