Ingredients

- Onions: 1 grain (large size / finely chopped) 

- zucchini: 2 tablets (cut into small squares) 
- carrots: 2 tablets (cut into squares) 
- mushrooms: half a cup (sliced) 
- lemon juice: 3 tablespoons 
- peas : Half a cup 
- oats: 3 tablespoons 
- warm water: 4 cups 
- salt: one teaspoon 
- cumin: half a teaspoon 
- turmeric: half a teaspoon 
- olive oil: 2 tbsp 
- parsley: cup (finely chopped) 

How to prepare

  1. Put the chopped onions in a bowl over the fire with a little olive oil and stir constantly over a low heat until the onions become golden light, and it is preferable to maintain a quiet fire when using olive oil in cooking, to avoid losing its nutrients.
  2. Add chopped carrots to the onions, stirring for 2 minutes, until ingredients are smooth together.
  3. Cover the bowl until the carrots slightly wither.
  4. Add the peas while stirring, then add the zucchini and mushrooms gradually to give each of them time to ripen.
  5. Cover the bowl until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Add spices and seasoning, stirring, to avoid mashing vegetables.
  7. Put the oats with warm water over a low heat, stirring until completely dissolved, then add it to the vegetable mixture and leave it with good and quiet stirring until it boils, to avoid the formation of clumps.
  8. Put the soup in the serving dish after it becomes medium density, then sprinkle the chopped parsley on the face and add lemon juice to it.
  9. Serve hot soup with brown toast or bran bread for a full nutritional meal.
