  6. Cumin: Half a teaspoon
  7. Paprika: half a teaspoon

- Brown bread: 4 loaves 
- chicken breast: 2 breasts (cut into slices) 
- cheddar cheese: 200 g (low-fat / grated)

- barbeque sauce: 4 tablespoons
