- black pepper: half a teaspoon 
- parsley: 1 tablespoon (minced) 
- garlic: a clove (crushed) 
- soy sauce: 2 tablespoons 
- olive oil: 1 tablespoon 
- vinegar: 1 tablespoon

How to prepare

  1. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, parsley, black pepper and crushed garlic in a good dish.
  2. Add olive oil and stir.
  3. Add the feathers, cover them with the marinade, cover the dish, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Roast marinated feathers in the grill or oven, stirring until tender.
  5. Serve hot with salads or vegetables as desired.

- sheep feathers: 1 kilo 
- garlic: 3 cloves 
- salt: half a teaspoon 
- black pepper: half a teaspoon 
- dried thyme: a tablespoon 
- honey: a tablespoon 
- lemon juice: a tablespoon 
- vinegar: 2 tablespoons 
- olive oil : 2 tablespoons 
- soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

How to prepare

  1. Mash the garlic and squeeze the lemon and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add to them honey, olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
  3. Flavor with salt, pepper and thyme and stir until smooth.
  4. Add the sheep's feathers and stir, then cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  5. Strain the feathers with the marinade in a tray and put them in an oven over medium heat, stirring from time to time until they are tender.

- cumin: 1 teaspoon 
- black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon 
- salt: half a teaspoon 
- feather meat : 8 pcs

How to prepare

  1.  Mix the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and cumin well.
  2.  Spread the mixture and rub it well, cutting the feathers.
  3.  Cover the pot and leave the feathers in the refrigerator to season for 3 hours or an entire night.
  4.  Remove the feathers from the refrigerator and put them in a tray in the oven on medium heat for 45 minutes until they are done.
  5.  Serve hot with a salad plate.
