- beef fillet: 500 grams (sliced longitudinal) 
- onion: 1 grain (minced slices) 
- Red pepper: 1 grain (minced slices) 
- Yellow pepper: 1 grain (minced slices) 
- cumin: half a teaspoon (crushed) 
- Red hot pepper: small teaspoon (ground) 
- vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon 
- salt: small teaspoon 
- black pepper: one quarter teaspoon 
- green coriander: 2 tbsp (fresh and chopped) 
- avocado: 1 grain (peeled and sliced ) 

How to prepare

  1. Heat a thick, wide skillet over medium heat, then add oil and meat and stir the meat for 3 minutes until it becomes brown.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and stir for another minute, then lift the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  3. Add the same skillet as onions, red pepper, yellow pepper, cumin, ground chili pepper, and stir over medium to high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the meat in a serving dish, then add vegetables and avocado, spread the coriander on top and serve hot.

- Chicken breast: 4 breasts (skinless, cut into slices) 
- Onions: 2 tablets (medium size, cut into slices) 
- Red capsicum: 1 tablet (cut into slices) 
- Yellow capsicum: 1 grain (cut into slices) 
- Canned yellow corn: Half a can (washed and drained) - Mushroom: Cup (fresh cut) 
- Corn oil: 1 tablespoon 
- white pepper: 1 teaspoon 
- red pepper: half a teaspoon 
- cinnamon: half a teaspoon 
- black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon 
- ground coriander: a quarter of a teaspoon 
- salt: a teaspoon 
- tortilla bread: as desired (or pita) 

How to prepare

  1. Place the slices of chicken, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, corn and mushrooms in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the oil on the chicken and vegetable mixture, then add salt, black pepper, red pepper, cinnamon, white pepper, cumin and coriander .
  3. Stir until the ingredients are homogeneous, then leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  4. Place the mixture of chicken and vegetables in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Stir the mixture from time to time until the chicken is tender.
