- beef fillet: 500 grams (sliced longitudinal)
- onion: 1 grain (minced slices)
- Red pepper: 1 grain (minced slices)

How to prepare
- Heat a thick, wide skillet over medium heat, then add oil and meat and stir the meat for 3 minutes until it becomes brown.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper and stir for another minute, then lift the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- Add the same skillet as onions, red pepper, yellow pepper, cumin, ground chili pepper, and stir over medium to high heat for 5 minutes.

- Onions: 2 tablets (medium size, cut into slices)
- Red capsicum: 1 tablet (cut into slices)
- Yellow capsicum: 1 grain (cut into slices)
- Canned yellow corn: Half a can (washed and drained) - Mushroom: Cup (fresh cut)
- Corn oil: 1 tablespoon
- white pepper: 1 teaspoon
- red pepper: half a teaspoon
- cinnamon: half a teaspoon
- black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- ground coriander: a quarter of a teaspoon

How to prepare
